"Dacar XSR" - Work In Progress

This is a car model I did during a school project in Alias Studio Tools (v12). It is modeled entirely with NURBS
(Non Uniform Rational B-Splines).
This and the other 4 renders below on this page are from November 2005. The car is a remake of a model I was
working on a couple of years ago. Although it is inspired by existing real-life models, the design is my own.
The renders are just very quick visualizations with a rather simple shader. The goal was to make the car look cool
rather than realistic. I might re-render the model with more complex shaders some time in the future, but it's not a
priority at the moment. Obviously, the model itself can be improved too, but the same goes for that - I might do new
revisions of the model in the future. But I won't make any promises at this point. ;-)
